SUPPLY CHAIN

Diamond Build has an approved panel of suppliers and sub-contractors, many of whom have been working with the company since it was formed in 1977. Traditionally, the majority of our work has been for the inner London boroughs and we have therefore established a supply chain of approved sub-contractors and suppliers who are local to our contracts within the M25.

Only companies which have met our selection criteria and have therefore attained supply chain partner status will be employed. On receipt of a tender, a selection of our existing supply chain members will be invited to tender for inclusion within the contract.

For our framework partnering contracts, we select an appropriate number of sub-contractors representing each trade or supply item required, with the intention of retaining the supply chain throughout the duration of the Partnering Agreement. If appropriate, sub-contractors would be required to sign up to a partnering charter indicating our joint commitment to the partnering process.
