We consider Diamond Build to be a people business.  Everything we do involves people: our clients, residents and staff are all fundamental to our success.

We demonstrate this commitment to the importance of people by directly employing not only head office support staff in health and safety, business development, human resources, ICT, accounts and administration, but also those directly involved in our building operations including general site operatives, trade operatives, site managers, technical professionals and contract managers.

Our Training Partnership with the CIOB helps support the talent inherent within our own organisation, developing everyone to be the best that they can on an individual, team and company level.

Using appropriate technical and professional qualification frameworks, our aim is to achieve a fully qualified workforce able to demonstrate its expertise against recognised industry standards. We are therefore committed to our staff achieving NVQs and other qualifications leading to a Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) card and/or chartered membership of a professional institution, such as the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB). Our training partnership with the CIOB is used to support all professionals following the CIOB Professional Development Programme (PDP).

We have a very successful management training programme to develop entry level recruits into quantity surveyors or contract managers and an apprenticeship scheme for craft level.
