This four year Measured Term Contract with South Essex Homes began in 2007 and is an ongoing scheme. The works stipulates the refurbishment for high level (roofing) works to various addresses within the borough of Southend-on-Sea with residents in occupation. The contract is due to terminate at the end of July 2011.

These Framework Agreements are for an initial 2 years which may be extended by two further one year periods (total 4 years) and will cover all works to schools, leisure centres, residential homes, day centres, offices etc.

The Framework involved the replacement of kitchens, bathrooms and windows, associated repairs, internal and external decorations, to 48 occupied sheltered housing schemes. The Decent Homes Programme for all sheltered accommodation within the borough, also included wet room installations, electrics, and central heating.

Framework agreements for capital works.

This partnering framework agreement includes cyclical maintenance and housing improvements works to various occupied residential properties within the London Borough of Islington. The total value annual budget across the framework panel of contractors is £40 million per annum.

Having worked since 2002 with the development department, the Partnering Agreement was signed in 2005 and involves the refurbishment of various social housing properties including external redecorations, window replacement, new security door entrance systems and replacement of gutters and down water pipes.
