Major Repairs Works Partnering Programme
This Partnering Agreement involves the refurbishment of various social housing properties including external redecorations, window replacement, new security door entrance systems and replacement of gutters and down water pipes. The initial contract was for a period of one year, and has been extended into a partnering arrangement.
