We have a dedicated Maintenance Department which is structured to offer planned and programmed, plus day-to-day repairs throughout Greater London as well as a responsive service run for N, E and EN postcodes for jobs from £50 upwards.
Our Maintenance Division is currently working with Sanctuary Housing Association, the London Boroughs of Haringey and Waltham Forest and a variety of other RSLs including Hornsey Housing Trust, SPH Housing, Circle 33, Peabody and Metropolitan. Our fleet of more than 40 vehicles is a distinct advantage enabling us to be immediately responsive to a new instruction.
