Alterations, refurbishment and external decorations to two Grade II Listed Victorian brick built semi detached town houses forming a family centre. Works included renewal of asphalt and lead flashings, removal of internal brick walls, propping & temporary support, new steel beams and column, partitions, WCs, floor coverings, fire doors, overhaul/repair/replacement of sash windows, new access ramp, handrails, widening doorways.
