Two overlapping contracts:
1 - Extension to provide new single storey Sports Changing Block and WCs. Works include removal of trees and existing walls, new gates, walls and fences, vehicle hard standing and paved areas.
2 - Replacement timber windows and doors, asphalt flat roof renewal, Mansafe (fall arrest) system, rainwater goods repairs, brick repairs, re-pointing, and external decorations.
