refurbishment
Refurbishment of a nursery on 4 levels (converted from an old factory) to form a new Children’s Centre. Works included foundations and underpinning; new door and window openings, renewal of internal and external staircases, internal walls and partitions, columns and beams, joists, roof covering, windows and doors; overhaul fire escape; new finishes to ceilings, floors and walls; new WCs and kitchens, fire alarm, door entry and security systems; mechanical, electrical and plumbing works.
