Diamond Build has been carrying out refurbishment of Social Housing for over 30 years.

Many of our contracts are carried out with residents in occupation and Diamond Build employs dedicated Resident Liaison Officers to set up channels of communication between all the parties involved to ensure that inconvenience is kept to a minimum.

We are members of Language Line which enables us to provide the best service for residents whose command of English impedes genuine two way communication. Language Line provides a package of solutions including telephone interpreting, text translation, text to speech and face to face interviews. Their interpretation facilities are available 24 hours per day, seven days a week.
